To view and  apply, please visit www.harmonytx.org. Click on Careers, then Current Openings, search for the position you are interested in and click on the blue apply button.

As a previous employee, you will need to log in through the Munis Employee Self Service Portal.  Login (munisselfservice.com)l. If you don't remember your credentials, please contact jobs@harmonytx.org

The only document that is required at the time of application is a resume. However, you have the option to upload other documents such as transcripts, drivers license, service records/employment verification letter etc.

If you do not have a SSN please enter 9 followed by your date of birth.

Once you have entered reference information you will not be able to update it.

Make sure that they are entering their NAME exactly as it appears in the email they received. Best practice is to copy and paste.

We cannot reset username or passwords for applicants. Use the forgot password option or forgot username option. If PIN doesn’t work, most likely the initial application was never completed, you will need to send an email to jobs@harmonytx.org.

All applicants will receive a generated confirmation email upon submission of their application. Your application will be reviewed by the appropriate administrator(s) and they will select eligible candidates for interviews.
