The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) provides an accessible pathway for effective teachers to earn a higher income while remaining in the classroom. Teacher incentive Allotments are additional state funding for teachers that was written into statute-allowing for sustainable funding.
Three levels of designated funds
The support and guidance provided by Harmony Public Schools has led to a significant number of our teachers being recognized by the TEA as TIA-recognized, exemplary, or master teachers. This recognition has resulted in over $7.46 million being awarded to these highly deserving educators with an average payout of $8,939.00 per designated teacher!
Harmony is dedicated to empowering and assisting our teachers in attaining and surpassing such prestigious designations. Additionally, new teachers are mentored by current TIA-recognized educators, further enhancing their chances of achieving this esteemed designation.
