Six Harmony Public Schools High Schools Make the AP Honor Roll
Candice Keutzer

Six Harmony Public Schools high schools in the Houston area are celebrating national recognition after being named to the College Board’s AP School Honor Roll for 2025. This distinction honors schools that are expanding access to Advanced Placement coursework while ensuring students are supported, challenged, and prepared for college success.

The campuses earning recognition this year are Harmony School of Advancement Houston, Harmony School of Ingenuity Houston, Harmony School of Innovation Sugar Land, and Harmony Science Academy Houston, each receiving AP Honor Roll Gold status. Two campuses, Harmony School of Discovery Houston and Harmony School of Innovation Katy, earned AP Honor Roll Platinum, the highest level of recognition awarded by the College Board.

The AP School Honor Roll highlights schools that are opening doors to rigorous coursework for more students, helping them earn college credit through AP exams, and guiding them through a balanced academic experience that builds confidence and readiness for life after high school. According to the College Board, students at AP Honor Roll schools are more likely to enroll in college, graduate on time, and succeed in demanding college level courses.

This recognition reflects a broader achievement across the Harmony Public Schools system. Statewide, 19 Harmony high schools were named to the 2025 AP School Honor Roll, including seven Platinum schools, 11 Gold schools, and one Silver school. These results underscore Harmony’s continued focus on academic excellence and equitable access to advanced learning opportunities.

“This recognition reflects the extraordinary work happening every day in our classrooms,” said Harmony CEO Fatih Ay. “I am incredibly proud of our students for rising to the challenge of rigorous coursework and of our teachers and campus leaders for their unwavering commitment to student success. These honors reaffirm Harmony’s long term commitment to ensuring each and every student is prepared for college, careers, and life beyond high school.”

As Harmony Public Schools continues to grow and innovate, opportunities remain open for both students and educators to join the Harmony community. Applications are now being accepted for the 2026 to 2027 school year for students and team members who are ready to be part of a mission driven, college focused learning environment.
