HSI-Euless Celebrates Community Partnerships at First Appreciation Breakfast
Brittany Lehning
HSI-Euless Cheer Team welcomes guests during the Parent & Community Appreciation Breakfast.

As guests arrived inside Harmony School of Innovation-Euless, they were welcomed by the students whose lives are shaped daily through the support of families, educators, and community partners. Choir performances, student ambassadors, and campus leaders helped set the tone for the school’s first Parent & Community Appreciation Breakfast, a celebration recognizing the people and organizations helping students succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Held on campus this month, the event brought together parents, volunteers, district leaders, and local supporters for a morning centered on gratitude, collaboration, and student achievement. Campus leaders highlighted the important role community partnerships continue to play in expanding opportunities for Harmony students.

Euless Police Department Assistant Chief Brenda Alvarado opened the program with remarks emphasizing the value of strong relationships between schools, families, and the broader community.

Students remained at the center of the celebration throughout the morning. HSI-Euless Choir students performed for guests while Cheer Team members and Student Ambassadors greeted attendees and helped host the event.

The breakfast also recognized several local organizations and community leaders for their continued support of the campus, including Hurst-Euless-Bedford Chamber of Commerce Chairman of the Board Sue Schulz, Euless Fire Chief Chanc Bennett, the Euless Fire Department, and Top Leaders ATA Martial Arts.

Campus leaders said the event reflected the collaborative spirit that continues to define the HSI-Euless community and its commitment to student success.

“Your partnership, generosity, encouragement and dedication help make HSI-Euless such a special place for our students to learn and grow,” the campus shared in a statement following the event.
