QuestBridge aims to increase the percentage of talented low-income students attending the nation’s best colleges and to support them to achieve success in their careers and communities. Some participating academic institutions include Brown University, Stanford University, and Yale University.

Each finalist must show substantial academic achievement (with an average grade point average of 3.90 or higher), high test scores on the SAT or ACT, financial circumstances, strong character, and exemplary accomplishments and leadership roles in extracurricular and community activities while ranking in the top 10 percent of their graduating class.
